Go to your Wallet section in the Ridemate app, click on "Withdraw", enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and choose your preferred payout method (bank account or UPI). Withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to process.

3. How to get approved for adding rides on Ridemate?

To get approved, ensure your profile is complete, and you've added a verified vehicle. Our team reviews documents like Aadhar Card, vehicle registration, and insurance. Once verified, you'll receive a notification and can start adding rides.

4. How can I ensure security while booking a ride?

Ridemate ensures security by: • Verifying driver and vehicle documents • Sharing ride details (driver info, vehicle number) beforehand • Offering in-app ride tracking • Allowing you to share trip status with contacts • Always double-check the vehicle and driver before boarding.

5. How can I add my commercial vehicles on fleet?

From your Fleet Management dashboard, click "Add Commercial Vehicle". Provide required documents like taxi permit, commercial registration, and insurance. You can also assign drivers to each vehicle within the app.

6. How can I cancel rides if I change my plan?

You can cancel a ride anytime before the cancellation window closes. Go to "My Bookings", select the ride, and tap "Cancel Ride". Refund eligibility depends on vehicle type: Private vehicles: Cancel at least 30 minutes before the ride to claim refund. Commercial vehicles: Cancel at least 4 hours before the ride to claim refund.

7. How to add commercial vehicles on Ridemate?

Navigate to the Fleet or Vehicle Management section, click "Add Commercial Vehicle", upload necessary documents (commercial registration, driver license, insurance), and submit for approval. Once verified, you can list rides or assign drivers.

8. How much time does verification take?

Verification usually takes 24–48 hours after all documents are submitted correctly. You'll be notified once your profile or vehicle is approved and ready to go live.

9. Can I add multiple vehicles in private cars?
